Jaye Hill grew up as an only child in Pittsburgh, PA. His years as a young adult showcased a world of self-centered activity, but when the saving grace of God took hold of him, he submitted to Christ and completely changed his life. Jaye now focuses on becoming a better person: first for God, his family, and for all the individuals he has inspired during his 15+ year tenure of motivational speaking and professional development. Jaye encourages and empowers students and professionals to reach their goals. Jaye has shared his views on leadership and the importance of overcoming obstacles to numerous education and corporate institutions throughout the Midwest.

Jaye is dedicated to being a positive influence for the youth. Through his non-profit organization, God's Next Disciples, he has led many after school mentorship programs. Jaye also assists as the flag football commissioner for Eagle Sports Club. He has established long lasting loving relationships with students from Detroit(MI), Harper Woods(MI), Grosse Pointe(MI), and Indianapolis(IN).
